OUTLINE OF PROPOSED WORK
Identifying the outcomes of advocacy can be challenging and often
relate to the individual circumstances. To support Sage Advocacy in
identifying the impact of our work, we now wish to contract an
individual / agency to carry out the following tasks:
* Review Sage Advocacy?s current approach to casework management
and lifecycle, including our Rapid Response Service & **Apply on the

* Review the lifecycle of Sage Advocacy?s case management,
including the use of the CRM - Salesforce.
